* Ken participates in Makerere-Giessen Universities IT Management initiative

In June-August 2008, Two expert ladies from Giessen University, Germany were in Makerere University, Uganda to train Ugandan Information Technology experts on marketing business, proper and appropriate customer care and administration of projects and general IT management. After all the trainings held, there was a grand one-day training to summarize all the knowledge got in the individual trainings.

I had the opportunity of being among the few who had the opportunity to get these skills.

I was able to attain the various IT business management skills; winning customers, customer care, marketing skills, administration of IT projects.

The skills left me not only sound, but brave enough to take up any opportunities that may come, utilize it to maximum for the better of the field of Information Technology.

Yeah, the struggle continues....
